[ Google Review ] Very beautiful and aesthetically pleasing hotel. We tried to access the internet here but it was for a 1000 CUP which they only accept by credit card. The staff at front desk were very respectful. The lobby has this amazing and romantic ambience. If you can afford it, stay here when in Cuba. It is also a historic and national monument and this is demonstrated in its upkeep.

[ Google Review ] The rooms super cool and the decor is amazing! Very fun to look at. The rooftop bar is an absolute vibe over looking the water! The food sucked and most menu items were not avialable.. but the drinks were amazing!

[ Google Review ] We spent 2 nights here at the end of a two week trip and loved it. Well worth stretching for the suite overlooking the ocean. Private beaches were gorgeous, food in the evening was excellent, great range of cocktails and consistently good service.

[ Google Review ] Stayed here for a week for the first time, the grounds are well kept and the pools are perfect. Rooms could use a refresh, AC issues should be addressed as I had to change rooms twice, beds are hard, so if you are used to soft beds then be prepared. All the staff were accommodating and did their best to work with what they have, they were very friendly and kind. Food quality at the buffet could use improvements as it is repetitive every day, only tried the international resturant and the food was great.

[ Google Review ] Excellent hotel to spend time with your family and relax. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I booked 4 rooms for 9 people including a child for 2 nights and we had a great time. Very family friendly and the rooms are in very good condition (I stayed in The Reserve). There's a slightly noticeable lack of supplies which is expected at any hotel in Cuba (ex. very low lighting in walkable areas at night, no straws, limited supply of liquors in some areas etc.) but, it did not take away from the experience. What they lack in supplies they make up with their postive and kind attitude and the beauty of the place.

[ Google Review ] We stayed on the royal service side which was definitely worth the upgrade. The staff by the pool side were absolutely amazing specifically Ramsay and Mary - they never stopped making sure we were well taken care of and entertained! Our housekeeper was also amazing. She always surprised everyday with little things which was a nice little treat to come back to everyday. Overall I would say the hotel itself does need a bit of work, our room was great but a lot of things were broken. The sliding door didn’t close, the lights only half of them actually worked and the water was never really hot just warm (which isn’t a huge deal). Also if you want something to your room it’s definitely worth just going to the front lobby to ask as it’s faster. The food at the buffets aren’t great but the a la cart restaurants especially the Japanese were amazing!! Would definitely come back to this resort just based on our experience by the staff at the pool!

[ Google Review ] Amazing cute place to stay. We came as a group of writers and the owner and staff did their best to make our stay amazing and accommodate all our requests. 100% recommend. Very beautiful pool and patio spaces. Watch which room you reserve as all have different characteristics. Good wifi throughout and great location—close to many good restaurants and walking distance to the city center. Looking forward to my next trip!

[ Google Review ] The most lux ferry I’ve ever experienced. Super nice experience in a super beautiful place. Can’t say enough good about this. Only concern is security is a bit lacking and not as thorough as it probably should be when transporting so many people every hour on the hour. Otherwise I had a blast and really enjoyed the ride.

[ Google Review ] Spacious airport with many amenities. However I had to pay for an immigration card when I wasn’t given one to begin with. The immigration guy asked how long my stay was and he stamped my passport and that was it. I think it’s a money grab honestly but I’ll know for next time to ensure I have that card and/or ask! The airport has so many restaurants, shopping stores, convenience stores and seating to do whatever you want to do.
