Notes:

[ Google Review ] The hotel was very clean and modern, but the real jewel of this hotel was its staffs. Me and my family stayed here for only one day, but the people I met, from valet to reception, made a fantastic impression as they were very friendly and helpful. I believe that the employees' attitude towards the guests is far more important than fancy facilities, which I found that many hotels, even four-to-five star hotels, seems to forget. Andaz Ottawa obviously did not. The downside was the view of the rooms we got. I reserved two rooms and the hotel gave me rooms that were both on the fourth floor where the view was almost completely blocked by another hotel right across the street. The hotels were so close that you could literally see its insides, and we had to close our blinds during our stay the whole time. Nevertheless, I am still impressed by the hotel's professional staffs and its modern rooms (obviously lot of thought went into its design).
