[ Google Review ] Fantastic experience. Location felt very secluded and private. Location is beautiful and well kept. Great pools. Food at restaurants were fantastic. Housekeeping did a wonderful job and met every request and more. Only negative was spa session was canceled due to construction. Will definitely be back in the future.

[ Google Review ] **TURO IS A SCAM!** After renting a car on Turo, I was falsely accused of smoking in the car. Turo charmed me over $300 for this, banned my account from their app/website without even letting me defend my case, and their customer service is not willing to hear any of what I have to say. If I only had one advice for you guys: DO NOT RENT A CAR WITH THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY.
[ Google Review ] Great place to relax in the sun and snorkel. The swimming area is bounded on two sides, so the area is calmer than some of the other beaches next to it. Snorkeling is fun and there is a fair amount of fish and orher sea creatures to see. Definitely a go to place for sun time.

[ Google Review ] Crowded, hard to view but very pretty.
[ Google Review ] The park is gorgeous. However the hike to the falls is definitely for advanced hikers and not casual hikers. We saw a family with three small children have to turn around because it was too hard. Heck it was more than I could handle. The map says it's only about 1.8 miles, but it's all jungle and mud. Be prepared if you decide to attempt this hike.
[ Google Review ] Unbelievable vistas. Lots of places to take pictures. Several parking areas easy to get in and out of. At the top, a nice gift ship/museum and restaurant with live entertainment. We had fun.

[ Google Review ] This is a major attraction on the island. Elevation is about 4,000 feet above sea level and you are inside the Kokee State park. Kauai island does no have any National parks, unfortunately. You will see in front of you the largest valley on the island stretching out all way to the ocean, Kalalau Valley. The best view of the valley from Kalalau lookout is in the right corner of the fenced area. Also, recomend to arrive early to enjoy the view before the clouds roll in. Finally, Binoculars can be very useful here. This place is worth your time!
[ Google Review ] We, having been to this lovely island paradise many times, have seen it raining at Wai'ale'ale on our way to Napali by boat. This is our favorite spot on earth. The people of Kauai are special but being diluted by us, unfortunately. Mahalo.
[ Google Review ] Very small airport. Public artwork on the outside of the area as well as a small place to load/unload passengers. Entry is very easy, only a few passengers were in line when I went. The local Hele-On bus runs rather infrequently and only one route (to Hilo). Not much that I can think of to dislike about the airport. It’s situated nicely and small enough to know where everything is. The seating area downstairs is pretty comfy too.
[ Google Review ] Good balance of drive-up scenery + hiking trails ranging from .5 to 4+ miles. Parking: fairly limited, recommend to review traffic volumes to avoid busy times. Visitors center: located just after the park entrance. Recommend checking out the outdoor boards with recommendations for sight viewing based on your time allotment. Must see: 1) Lava Tube - short hike, bring adequate lighting for weather or lower sunlight hours. 2) Sea Arch - worth the drive along Crater Rim! Again, parking is very limited at most of the look out points. 3) Steam Vents - short hike from Visitors Center, limited parking also available. You can stand right up against the vents and feel the large temperature difference. 4) Caldera overlook: located on same side of park as steam vents, keep going to end of the park road as terminates into parking lot. We were lucky enough to view the lava glow from the eruption in Sept 2021. National Park Rangers: both helpful & knowledgeable. Other: Restroom facilities were clean and open.
[ Google Review ] Great little place..little run down, but was perfect for our needs. If you need reliable internet this place is not for you. Internet was choppy the whole time and never reliable. The views are amazing over looking lava field.
[ Google Review ] This is the best waterfall in the area. The walkway to the falls is surrounded by beautiful smelling flowers and gigantic bamboo. It feels like a jungle dreamland. The pathway is long, and can be difficult to maneuver with a lot of people. I do not believe there are handicap accessible walkways here since there are many stairs throughout the path. On the path, there are arrows guiding people but still people manage to get lost and backtrack which can cause walkway traffic. At the falls overlook, I found it hard to see the entirety of the fall since it was so tall. I think it's due to have some of the foliage trimmed. The overlook of the falls has a couple of worn information boards, so I recommend doing research online. If you go at the right time of year, you may even see the fish that climb the gigantic falls! Parking is limited and the fee to see the waterfalls and park is expensive but worth it. The bathrooms were pretty gross and smelly at the end of the day, but of all the waterfall parks, this one was the cleanest.
[ Google Review ] The staff here was awesome. The shuttle arrived as we got to the curb. A staff member met us as we got off the bus and directed us to our car. We had some car trouble 3/4 of the way through our rental and they gave us an upgrade, quick and painless. I'm a big fan of Hertz and this was just another good experience with them.
[ Google Review ] Gargoyles Garden is a fun challenging carefully managed discgolf course in the Big Islands Mountain View neighborhood. The host extraordinare Mike Leitch coordinates daily visits with new and returning enthusiasts. The course has everything, short T's for beginners and long to challenge seasoned pros. Good elevation change, par 4's and shorter technical holes. Give a call and one of the regulars Otto or John or Kirk or Mike himself will show you the course and entertain, Aloha!
[ Google Review ] Waiting to catch a flight home and noticed the new restrooms near gate 13. Very nice upgrade! Now please get some healthier and new restaurant options and I will gladly give 5 stars. Love the ease of walking straight from the car rental to the terminal.
[ Google Review ] This is spiritual experience. Absolutely stunning to see the sun rise above the clouds. If you go early, you can also experience some amazing star watching. Stay safe driving up in the darkness. Dress in extra thick layers as it extremely cold up top.
[ Google Review ] It is a busy airport. It is always a nice experience. Everything moves smoothly. It is ride-sharing friendly. There are designated areas for pick up and drop off. They offer assistance to older adults who require assistance. Picking up the rental was smooth. I do recommend that you pick up your rental off-site when you are travelling because you pay an airport surcharge which you may not be aware of. Thank you and safe travels.
