[ Google Review ] Went in the month of April. It was shorts and t-shirt weather on the hike up to the hot springs. There were only 3 springs that were actually hot, the rest were really cold. Out of the three that were hot, one was burning hot so no one was in that one. The water was very bipolar that day. I heard from a local that the best months are September- November. These months the water is a milkly blue and all hot springs are hot. Also a lot less crowded versus the pictures I posted. Overall nice to experience and the hike isn't hard at all.
[ Google Review ] Beautiful campground. Well maintained in an excellent location. Worked great for our extra large group with lots of little kids.
[ Google Review ] No cell service... which can be a bonus. Beautiful spot
[ Google Review ] This trail is a mystery. First, you will most likely will not find any fish. Second, the towers don't look like fish. Don't know how they came up with the name. Anyhow, this trail qualifies in my top 20 hiking trails around the world. Two things that get point reductions. First, the illogical ladder. Why a ladder when a bridge would be much more appropriate? People with dogs and the elderly are having a very difficult journey here. Second, the end of the trail is located at a boring rock with not much to see. There's another branch of the trail near the end that takes you to the other side of the towers which is spectacular in the early morning. Why doesn't the main trail go here? Other than these issues, it's a nice hike.
[ Google Review ] This is a great trail to take the family on. It would seem to be wheelchair accessible as most of the trail has been paved. I remember when the trail used to go up closer to Landscape Arch, but I can definitely understand why they have pushed the trail further back and fenced it off. Nobody seems to listen to the whole "stay on the trail" markers. Very frustrating. But overall this is a great and easy trail for anyone. Very picturesque. You can continue on the trail and see more arches from there if you'd like. There's not a lot of elevation difference so the trail stays relatively flat the whole time and makes it a good trail for kids. There is also a restroom at the trailhead.
[ Google Review ] What a place! One can stay there ♾️.
[ Google Review ] Beautiful! Bathrooms gave running water and hand soap. There are water dispensers everywhere. The view is amazing. Pretty windy so bring stakes for your tents especially in the morning 😊
[ Google Review ] If you're scared of heights think twice...and always climb safe.
[ Google Review ] End of the shuttle line. As the trailhead for the Narrows hike, getting back on the shuttle can take a while. There are bathrooms and spigots for filling water bottles. There’s even a dedicated spigot for washing off your feet. We brought our bikes up and simply rode back down the road. It’s almost entirely downhill, so a nice, easy ride (although you have to pull over and completely stop any time a shuttle approaches from behind, per park rules, as there is no shoulder on the road).
[ Google Review ] The barefoot hiking is such an experience, you should give it a try at your own risk !
[ Google Review ] I have been here over 60 times in my life so far. It holds my heart. I have seen many changes over the years. Some good, some not so good. In the end it doesn't much matter. It is a beautiful place. On our recent trip it was very comfortable getting in and getting around. I have seen it MUCH busier. We were able to rent bikes. We hiked multiple trails without seeing anyone or seeing very few. Even swam in the river with no one to bother us. It was magical.
[ Google Review ] First come first serve. Beautiful views of Yosemite, and The host is really nice! The mosquitoes are really bad though so pack bug spray 😝
[ Google Review ] Love this campground. We camp here at least once a year. Very Beautiful and Peaceful.
