[ Google Review ] If anyone is looking for cheap accommodation or a Solo Traveler this is the place, I want to go back to Philly just to stay here again. I met some great people the Staff was brilliant they went far beyond to help with a personal dillema I had which led me to stay there in the first place. walking distance from good shops and to top of it it's in Philadelphia my new favourite city. Only 5 stars does this no Justice.

[ Google Review ] Delving into such great minds is a privilege. Having the chance to tour their abode also ranks among priorities to know them better. They've made the exhibits so lovely and insightful with documentation and memorabilia. Take your time and ask the rangers about his life for more details.

[ Google Review ] We ordered from here a week or two ago. Delivery isn’t the best way to get a cheesesteak for sure! But during this quarantine we’ll try anything! The bread was soggy, and we expected that. It was more like a soft hot dog roll, so I, not sure it would have been any better if it was hot and fresh. The meat wasn’t the quality we hoped for. We could barely find the cheese. And the flavor - blah. Sorry Pat’s. Are you resting on your touristy reputation?

[ Google Review ] Philadelphia Magic Gardens Parking is quite easy. We found street parking during the day during the week and were able to use the fantastic Park Mobile. Get that app if you don’t already have it! There is also a parking garage across the street for even more convenience. Photography is permitted as long as you don’t rock a tripod or light stands. There is a lot of foot traffic through the space, so you definitely should be respectful of other visitors. It’s great for engagement sessions of 2 people and wedding couples but would not recommend this location if you want a bridal party or for family sessions. From the moment you enter the front desk and pay for tickets, you notice that the staff there is charming and friendly. Several staff members keep an eye out to make sure you don’t touch anything or set up a tripod to shoot. However, they are very laid back and courteous and answered all my questions I had about the Philadelphia Magic Gardens. I loved this place and definitely check it out if you are you in South Philly!

[ Google Review ] Very cool very FREE look at a wonderful part of American history in the heart of Philadelphia. Plenty to read up on how the Liberty Bell came about and how it arrived in Philadelphia and the freedoms that came along with it. Highly recommend visiting Betsy Ross house if you are along this way and Ben Franklin's grave site which is right nearby as well.

[ Google Review ] A bit smaller than you would expect in person and there’s always panhandlers around. It’s nice when they have a festival or a Christmas village set up around it. That makes it more worth the trip than just the sign alone. Enjoy your travels.

[ From Tiqets ] The word genius is banded around pretty loosely these days. Benjamin Franklin; now there's a brainbox who earned the title. The Franklin Institute works in honor of 'America's first scientist', the Founding Father responsible for coming up with lightning rods, bifocals, and modern catheters. A visit to Philadelphia's science museum is your ticket to edutainment. It's a laboratory of award-winning, brain-stimulating exhibitions, and family-fun activities!

[ Google Review ] I live in DC so I'm used to free museums but I have to say, the Philadelphia Museum of Art is well worth the admission price. Your ticket will also include other galleries like the Rodin Museum and the Barnes Collection and be valid for two days. I was amazed at the art on display and how close you could get to it! There's a whole room for Ellsworth Kelly! The hallways are even gorgeous. It's also fun seeing everyone run up the Rocky steps and pose by the statue. It's a must for all art people!

[ Google Review ] We came here since the reviews seemed good and we wanted a place close to the theater we were going to and had literally the perfect experience. You can expect to spend $40-50 per person since they’re only small plates here and they range from $9-$18 each. But if you can spare the money, it is SO worth it. My boyfriend and I split five plates plus two desserts and it was so so good. Every plate was delicious; the rutabaga fondue is a MUST. Cheesecake and ice cream were heavenly. The chefs are magicians and everything is so flavorful and beautifully presented. Honestly the best service I’ve ever received at a restaurant. Genuinely bummed I forgot to get the waiters name. They folded our napkins when we went to the bathroom and cleaned the table between courses. Never had to ask for a refill. Attentive but not overwhelming, easy to talk to and all recommendations were AMAZING. The place itself is also beautifully decorated. If we’re ever in town again this place is mandatory for us.

[ Google Review ] What a great spot. I loved the atmosphere here. There is a front and back bar- each with extensive and separate menus. This was rated as one of the best place to drink beer in the world. The food is great. The menu is in the small size as far as selection- but the choice on there are SOLID. The mussels in the photo below left me so satisfied- and the frites that accompanied were great. Wrapped up dessert with a coconut cream pie- it was delicious. This did get busy on a week night- so if you’re after a table call ahead or come early.

[ Google Review ] Delicious food at affordable prices at this adorable cafe. My husband and I ate here twice during our stay in Philly. You will not be disappointed. The portions are generous, and the ingredients are fresh. The cafe and staff are warm and friendly. This will be our new favorite breakfast spot when we come to town!

[ Google Review ] I am just so thankful for this spot. We needed a very very last minute permit for this bridal party and Cherry Street Pier staff was so prompt and helpful processing our request. The pictures speak for themselves and overall this was absolutely worth the cost of the permit. Not only is the view breathtaking but it’s a comfortable spot for bridal party members with seating, bathrooms and indoor areas for reprieve from weather. Parking is also easy in this area. Thank you for accommodating us and making this bride and groom so incredibly happy!!

[ Google Review ] Experienced this place with my husband while rolling around with luggage during a 12 hour layover. It's so worth it and it's pretty at night. If you can get a hammock, it's even better to just chill and relax with other people. Definitely a cool place to check out with friends or your partner.

[ Google Review ] I was not a big fan of the lamb sandwich I decided to try out during my first visit to Merkaz because it was extremely salty - not sure if this was the condiments in the sandwich. Also the meat was extra well done. I did however enjoy the coffee.

[ Google Review ] Consistently delicious. From start to finish, dining at Vernick is superb. While challenging to get into at times, it’s worth making reservations early, calling to see what’s available with the host or simply bellying up to the bar on a weeknight after work. I absolutely love their Alice sparkling rose, Island Creek oysters (only place you can get them in town) and the Maryland crab toast. A staple! My mouth is watering as I type this...run!

[ Google Review ] Whenever I visit a new place, I love looking for the best places to eat in terms of both food quality as well as atmosphere. Most of the time, I'd say it's pretty hard to find a place that serves both. Hungry pigeon does both really well and it's definitely a hip brunch spot. During our visit to Philadelphia, a friend and I went to Hungry Pigeon around 12 to 12:30PM on Saturday and it was pretty packed. Luckily, we didn't have to wait much before being seated, but it's constantly packed with a table or two free at a time. Some times the bar area was open for immediate seating as well. I order the organic eggs scrambled and they tasted amazing as expected. Can't really go wrong with eggs to be honest. However, I do want to note that I was thoroughly impressed with the thick whole wheat toast which was packed with flavor and great texture. The hash brown also comes perfectly square and at first glance, it looks a bit odd and unfamiliar. After taking a bite, I realized it's really well cooked and the consistency of the crispy to softness is just right. As for the restaurant interior, you are surrounded by plants and hipster vibes all throughout. The workers were very friendly and accommodating. Parking was pretty easy and plenty of it right in the front of the restaurant. Overall, I'd say it was a great brunch pick and will definitely be going back when I visit Philly again!

[ Google Review ] First time in Terminal F in a while. Love what they've done with the place! Especially like the way they have arranged the gates and 'The Hub'. Lots of great food choices and not to far to walk. Digging the local art too. May not hang in any galleries but it's colorful and sets a nice vibe. Bonus: Terminal F it's the closest possible to the Economy Parking lot, which BTW the best bargain at the airport at $11/day (no tax). Anyway, the terminal is clean, well designed, employees I interacted with were friendly and helpful. Well done, PHL!
