[ Google Review ] Very nice place with excellent customer service. Also, great choice of cakes and beverages . I loved their attention to detail. Confused a little that on the way to the bathroom states ‘staff only’. Also, a bit pricey, I must say but I had a very nice experience.
[ Google Review ] Same here, they send me a email with cancellation of my order because they out of stock after I bought the trainers on their website, one after another I just watch again after I got the email to see if they're out of stock and ofcourse they definitely not out of stock.
[ Google Review ] Absolutely brilliant 🤩 excellent service from all but in particular Charlie. Professional, extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Friends have said the same, there are several of us now that go the extra mile just to be served by Charlie. Puma store and selection of stock is really good but service is everything, especially in the heart of London. Thank you Charlie 🙌 you we see us again ! 5 star ⭐️ thanks Charlie !!!!! 👍
